What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All products will be shipped through Canada Post. Pick-up is also available for those passing through or living nearby. 

We ship all across Canada using Canada Post with Standard Shipping rates. Receive free shipping on purchases of $500 or more.

What are shipping times and costs?

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $20. Free shipping is offered on purchases of $500 or more.

Depending on whether your purchase is a custom item or not, the product will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of the purchase date. Custom items will be shipped within 14 days of the purchase date.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc) and e-Transfers. 

E-Transfers can be sent to sjlawson86@hotmail.com. Once the payment is received, we will go ahead and process the order.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in as-new condition will be eligible for an in-store credit. Sheepskins, for hygienic reasons, are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns, and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase is non-refundable.
